The system comprises of a 2-stage deionoiser, with 2 stages
of filtration prior to demineralisation
In the first of filtration, the water passes through a sand
filter, where suspended solids are removed.
The
next stage of filtration is the Activated filter, where
organic matter and free chlorine present in water are absorbed
or removed.Filtered water then passes through a series of
Cation Exchanger
and Action Exchanger to produce demineralised water.
The
Four Bed Deionisers come in two models CI 20 and CI 60,
both of which, are highly effective for making DM water,
when inlet water Tds level is below 800 PPM.
the
system is ideal for demineralisation water for the primary
circuit of the engine Cooling System.
